What we provide

We provide academic assistance and student support: help understanding assignment requirements, planning and structuring work, organising research, referencing and reviewing drafts. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with any university or educational institution.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate requirements, instructions and deadlines.
• Review any material you receive and ask us about anything unclear.
• Use the assistance in line with your institution's academic integrity and assessment policies.

What we will not do

We do not sit examinations, log in to student portals or accounts on your behalf, impersonate students, or guarantee any grade or academic outcome.

Enquiries, quotes and availability

An enquiry is not a contract. After you send your requirements we confirm whether we can assist, what the assistance will involve, the timeframe and the price. Work begins only once you confirm. Availability depends on the task, deadline and current workload.

Payment, changes and refunds

Prices are agreed before work begins. If your requirements change after that, tell us as early as possible so we can confirm what is still possible. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will discuss a revision or a refund of the affected amount with you directly.

Confidentiality

We treat your identity, documents and requirements as confidential and handle them as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limitations

Assistance is provided in good faith based on the information you give us. We are not responsible for marks awarded, decisions made by your institution, or outcomes arising from how you choose to use the material.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
